The base on my saw was no longer tracking on parallel with the blade
Removed the height adjustment nut / lever.
Used a hammer and punch to remove the roll pin holding the front of the saw to the base.
Placed the saw in the new base and used the punch and hammer to put the roll pin in place.
Got the height adjustment screw back in place in its guide and reattached the nut/tightening lever
