1. removed the old shoe, adjustment lever
2. removed blade guard to remove old shoe
3. attached new shoe
4. re-attached adjustment lever
5. re-attached blade guard
6. attached blade and checked for proper function

Shoe was bent on my circular saw

1. Turn the saw upside down.
2. Remove the 3 torx screws in the bottom of the shoe assembly.
3. Unscrew the depth adjustment screw.
4. Put the new shoe on and put back together.
5. Your all done.
