This is a metal outer flange and it is sold individually. Please note you would need a wrench to remove the blade bolt when replacing a flange.

1. Removed the present inner and outer flanges.
2. Replaced the present flanges with the new ones.
3. Tightened down the blade bolt with the new flanges and blade.
4. Works perfectly.

Remove blade bolt and front outer flange. Replace inner flange. I also replace the blade bolt and outer flange

Put a new circular saw blade on,then the new outer flange and tied the screw down tightly to hold the blade in place. Overall it took like 5 minutes
