Product Description
?This is an original Makita replacement part manufactured for use with hypoid circular saws. The metal hook bolts onto the saw near the top handle and is used to hang up the saw while storing it, and the hook is retractable so it can be stowed out of the way while the saw is in use. This hook requires two bolts to install it, the bolts are available separately, and the hook is sold individually.

1) Unplug saw for safety
2) Place on workbench or table
3) Remove the 3 screws holding on the handle with a #2 philips
4) The hook bracket has a P shape to it. Install hook with the P facing in towards the saw

Note: The hook itself should be facing the front of the saw allowing easy access to the handle while the saw is resting on the hook.
