This is an OEM authorized replacement carbon brush designed for use with Dewalt framing saws. Carbon brushes are a commonly replaced item on power tools. It is advised to replace both brushes at the same type. One carbon brush with a lead wire is included per order. Please note, brush holders are sold separately. You will need a screwdriver to complete this repair.

1. Laid the saw on the side and removed the cover.
2. Unplugged the brush and removed the brush from below the retaining spring.
3. Reversed the procedure to install the new brush, plugging the new unit in.
