Remove retaining ring, remove lever and nut. Replace nut, adjust tension, replace lever and retaining ring.

Removed blade guard
Knocked old carriage bolt out of lock assembly and installed new one
Installed the thick washer
Installed the new acorn nut
Installed new lever and retainer ring

Drove out the bolt
Put everything back in reverse order
