I looked all over for the part to replace my on/off switch for my older worm-drive skill saw. The part has not been made for many years. Staff member told he couldn't guarantee that another alternate part would fit. I ordered it anyway. It took USPS over 3 weeks to deliver the part (to Alaska), however that certainly was NOT the fault of the shipper. With a very slight modification, I was able to install the part and it works fine! A very reasonable price too. I'm quite pleased.

Looked at replacement parts, the illustration was very close to my switch, price was right so I took a chance it would fit. It was slightly larger and connections were screws and not push in. Had to solder ends of wires in loops as crimp connectors were to bulky. Used shims between the handle half and sealed the space between the 2 hand
