This is an original Milwaukee replacement part manufactured for use with abrasive cut-off machines. The armature is the inner part of the electric motor that rotates to drive the main gear. Armatures can wear out over time and can cause the motor to shoot sparks or smoke. This armature includes the pinion gear and is sold individually, please note the bearings are available separately.

Researching your model, we show that the motor does not come as a complete assembly, but the armature is part# 16-82-0200, the field is part# 18-82-0100, the fan baffle is part# 31-05-0016, the bearings are part numbers 02-04-0016 and 45-22-0725, and the screws for the field are part# 05-81-0681.
