This metal clamp washer helps hold the cutting wheel firmly on a compatible chop saw. It fits between the blade adapter and blade clamp. Replace it if it is bent, cracked, or badly worn. Use the full saw model and type number to guarantee the proper fit. Unplug the saw before service. Check the cutting wheel, arbor, adapter, and clamp for damage. Install every part in the order shown in the manual and tighten the fastener to the listed setting.
