This is a genuine Echo replacement part that is sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with blower/vacuums. The metal spring is used to provide torsion between the blower cover grid and the cover housing. This item is available as an individual replacement part, please note a thumb screw is needed to secure the cover grid.
