The chipper blades were worn out, and the shredder knives were completely worn out or broken.
Removed the chipper and shredder knives and replaced with new ones.
The instructions for the replacement of the knives was included with the kit.
Plus I had reversed the chipper and knives before so I already knew the process I needed to do to replace the worn out knives.
