After over 30 hours of use, the cutting blades were dull.
After analysis of the machine, I removed the discharge grate to gain access to the blades. Using an hex head wrench, removed the shaft holding one set of blades. Using the remaining 3 shafts as examples, I reassembled the cutting blades one shaft at a time. Thirty minutes later, I made a safety check of the work performed. Then I put the

The chipper blades were worn out, and the shredder knives were completely worn out or broken.
Removed the chipper and shredder knives and replaced with new ones.
The instructions for the replacement of the knives was included with the kit.
Plus I had reversed the chipper and knives before so I already knew the process I needed to do to replace the worn out knives.
