Remove the four screws from the start assembly, and remove it. Remove the clutch housing next. Then remove the clutch assembly, by striking it with a screwdriver with a hammer to loosen it from the shaft. Assemble the clutch and place it in a vise, Then place one end of the spring in the clutch and stretch the other end to its cosponsori ng hole. Then assemble the parts that you removed.
