This brake band is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer. Constructed of metal, this part is compatible with several Shindaiwa chainsaws. The brake band is fitted to the holder spring in the clutch cover. This item is tightened around the clutch drum when the chain brake is activated. The brake band is sold individually. It is also available in the clutch cover assembly (P021029760). A hex key may be helpful in making the replacement.
