Removed the ignition module and gapped it 0.014 from the flywheel magnets, replaced the broken chain catcher. Then I replaced the the chain and bar. Runs like a new saw.

Removed housing and coil....replaced with new ...adjusted gap and started right up...

blew out sawdust
removed coil
installed new coil .014\" from flywheel using feeler gauge
re-installed pull start

chainsaw would run till hot, then stop. Eventually would not start at all

1. remove side cover to expose ign. coil and wires
2. remove and replace coil and wires
3. set gap on coil
4. install cover
its that easy.
