1. Loosen 2 nuts on chain cover.
2. Loosen chain slack adjuster.
3. Remove nuts, chain cover, bar and chain.
4. Remove 2 star head bolts holding hand guard on.
5. Install new hand guard.
6. Remove philips head bolt holding chain guard on.
7. Install new chain guard.
1) Remove the clutch cover, clutch ,drum and plate.
2) Cleaned dirt out.
3) Replaced a new plate and 2 new parts.
4) Reassembled the clutch drum, clutch and cover,

Screw loosened , fell out and plastic bushing fell out
1)Remove two 1/2\" nuts that hold cover on bar on to the engine
2) Remove chain and Bar
3) Clean, check for damage
4) replace cover and use screw driver to tighten cover screws
5) replace bushing on top of cover replace with new screw and tighten securely
