This is a genuine OEM approved replacement part for use with Husqvarna chainsaws. It is designed to keep the fuel/oil in the tank. It includes a retainer that remains in the tank to keep the fuel cap from being lost or falling on the ground. It is made out of plastic and it is sold individually.

Very minor repair, squeeze oil cap retaining clip, repove and pop new cap in. For air filter replacement, unscrewed air cleaner cover, removed old fiber filter, and put new nylon one in. Each part fit exactly as if it was new.
