Need help finding your model number?This is an authentic Echo replacement part, sourced from the original manufacturer for use with chainsaws. The clutch spring expands to push the clutch shoes to engage the clutch drum and sprocket that rotates the chain around the bar. To install the spring remove the chain brake, bar, and chain. Then remove the top cover and spark plug to bind the piston. Remove the clutch and disassemble the clutch shoe assembly. Then reassemble the clutch shoe and reassemble the saw, be sure to tension the chain when everything is back together. This spring is sold individually, please note three springs may be required.
