Sproket guard assembly
My break band was broken. I explained this and requested the whole assembly to be replaced. The tech told me it was all there, i just had to move the orange handle. This part was only a shell wnd useless to me. I spent an hour moving parts from old to new piece only to find it still won't work without the brake band. I had to go to nearby town to buy the whole assembly for $55. Waiting for the part, then having it not work was a waste of my time.
