This is an authentic manufacturer-sourced component from Echo, The brake cover is constructed of durable plastic, and is designed for use with several chainsaws. The protective brake cover is fitted over the brake assembly in the chain brake assembly. The brake cover is sold individually. However, it is also included with the chain brake assembly (43310039039). A screwdriver and a hex wrench are helpful in making the installation.
