This is a genuine part which is supplied directly by the original equipment manufacturer and is used with Echo chainsaws. When pulled, the starter rope rotates the starter pulley causing the engine turn fast enough to generate a spark to ignite the fuel in the chainsaw. This part is made of nylon cord and is sold individually. For installation, you will need a screwdriver and a pair of needle nose pliers to aid you.
