Need help finding your model number?This is an original part from Echo for use with Chainsaws. The ignition coil produces the voltage for the spark plug. The most common reason for replacing the ignition coil is if the chainsaw won't start and testing the ignition coil proves it is at fault. This part is sold individually. Here is a list of tools that are needed to replace the ignition coil a Phillips screwdriver, various Torx drivers, Ignition gapping gauge, long-nosed pliers and a Flat-blade screwdriver.
