This is an authentic Echo replacement part, sourced from the original manufacturer for use with chainsaws. The special seal is used to prevent oil from leaking out of the connection between the crankcase and the crankshaft. This item is available as an individual replacement part, please note the oil seal on the opposite side of the crankcase is available separately.
