I added a machine screw to help hold the dust cover to the case because this is a poor design by Echo on the model CS-355T. That required some drilling, skill, and tools but it works. Muffler cover just required bolting in place and throwing the burned out cover away.

Broken chain brake strap. missing dust cover, and burned out exhaist cover
Drilled a hole in the cover panel and the case. Used a sheet metal screw to hold it in place. Works fine now. Hard to believe this original design was approved by Echo.
