1 Remove tank assembly. This includes the four cushioned bolts (one hidden under SS plate for chain guide.
2 Replace and reinstall tank with hoses and pickup installed.
3 Install throttle and lock parts per diagram.
4 I have my Echo back!

the cushions that prevent vibration and hold the thing together came apart.
Removed the covers over the hex screws holding the pieces of the cushions that were left and remove the the hex bolts, reversed operation and was running in less than 30 minutes.
