This clutch drum is an OEM direct from Echo. Compatible with several chainsaw devices, the metal component houses the clutch assembly that drives the chain. The clutch drum is sold individually. You will need a screwdriver and a socket set for the removal and installation.

Drum clutch was the correct part
Even though the replacement drum clutch was the correct part, the replacement bearing provided was a millimeter to long and it made the clutch have to much movement and make it sloppy and unsuitable. I had to use the old bearing.

Removed spark plug and stuffed cord in spark plug hole to act as a piston stop . Made my own tool for removing clutch (would recommend purchasing a correct 3 pronged socket tool). Reverse threads. Simple to remove and replace. Of course the chain and bar will need to be removed first.
1) Removed handle clutch brake cover
2) Remove bar and chain
3) Remove spark plug and fill cylinder with starter rope to prevent piston damage.
4) Take hammer and large punch and hit flat part of clutch to remove. Most saws are left hand threads on the clutch so opposite of a normal nut.
5) Clean the saw thoroughly
... Read more 6) Apply a small amount of grease to drum needle bearings and reverse the above steps to reassemble.
1. Removed chain cover
2. removed chain and the bar. Cleaned up saw.
3.used special tool to remove left handed screw.
4.puted on new parts, tightened.
5.Put chain & bar back on
6. Put cover back on.
7. reset chain to proper tension.
