1. Since the part was no longer available, I found the whole assembly for a low price.
2. Received the parts and installed them without tools.
3. Now my 350 dollar chainsaw is useable again.
4. I am happy.
Remove cover screws with torx bit, then remove cover, chain and bar. Take out broken adjuster assembly and install new heavier duty assembly. Reassemble bar, chain and cover. Easy!
