Removed all of the fan blades to have the Blade mounting grommets renewed. Each blade uses three grommets and it is necessary to remove all of them to install the new ones.

1. Turn off the power source to the fan at the breaker box.
2. Remove the fan blades from the motor, and any other parts to ensure blade removal.
2a. This would be a good time to remove the fan body from the ceiling to oil the bearings in older fans.
3. Remove the rubber grommets from the fan blades.
4. Insert the

5. Install the rubber grommets.
6. Install the screws that hold the blade to the motor.
7. Replace any other parts that were removed to do this repair.
8. Enjoy a quiet fan!
