This is an original Hunter replacement part. The switch housing cap is found in a ceiling fan. This part is made of metal, and is used to hold the chain to switch the fan on. When replacing this part, you may require a flathead screwdriver to gently pry the plug button free. You should be able to loosen any nuts or bolts by hand. This item is sold individually.
