Product Description

?

This wire harness is a genuine OEM part designed for ceiling fans. The capacitor for this wire harness is red 300VAC, brown 250VAC, and purple 250VAC. The wire harness is responsible for providing power between the internal components of the fan, such as the lights and motor. The harness also organizes and insulates wires for safety and easy access. If your ceiling fan lights are not working, the controls are not responding, or the fan will not start, you will need to replace the wiring harness as it may be damaged or overheating. To begin the repair, remove the motor housing, blades, and fan canopy. Locate the wire harness inside the motor housing and take note of how the wires are connected to each terminal. Disconnect the faulty harness and remove it from the motor housing. Insert the new harness in the housing and connect the wires to the appropriate terminals using your notes from earlier. Reassemble the fan and switch it on to check for functionality.
