This is an original part sourced directly from Hunter for use with select models of ceiling fan. This glass globe/shade was designed to protect the light bulb and to disperse light. To replace this item, simply loosen the thumb screw located on the light fixture to release the current shade. Once this is complete, the new shade can be set in place and the thumb screw re-tightened. One globe/shade is included per order.
