Screw broke in the blender assembly

Replaced the Blending assembly with a new one and replaced jar seal as well. No tools were necessary and I was able to complete the task in less than a minute.

The coupling on the base and pitcher were ground down

1) simply replace the blending assembly for the pitcher. Might as well replace the jar seal at the same time
2) Turn base over and unscrew the three screws that attach the cover. Remove cover.
3) Insert a small screwdriver and lock the motor fan by jamming the blades. There are holes in the motor chassis that will accept the tip of the screwdriver to give you some leverage. Unscrew the impeller by turning in the direction of motor rotation. I used pliers to grip the impeller. Once started, it unscrewed by hand.
4) Screw on the new impeller (coupling)

5) The rubber feet are a press fit. Mine were old and cracked, so I replaced them as well
