This switch is an authentic Waring replacement part and is compatible with blenders. The switch handles the on and off functions of the blender. This part is made of metal and plastic, it is also sold individually. You will need to use a screwdriver to open the cover, but the switch itself just snaps into place once the covers are removed. Be sure to unplug the blender before installation.
