This is a replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer for Waring blenders. The coupling spins on the motor shaft to rotate the blades. This part is made of plastic and is sold individually. To remove an old coupling, just place a flat head screw driver underneath the coupling and gently push up while rotating it. Then simply screw on the new coupling.
