Easy replacement process
I have a 20 yr old blender that I love and is still in great working order. My only problem was that the lid disappeared. A blender without a lid is inviting a huge mess in our kitchen. So easy to order a replacement and it fits better than my old lid. Too a bit too long to get it but worth the wait. I hope to get another 10 yrs out of the old faithful blender. Only took off a star for the delivery time of over 6-7 weeks.
