This washer is a genuine OEM replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer. It is commonly used in Waring blenders. This part is a small flat ring that is placed in-between the bearing holder and the bearing cap to evenly distribute the pressure. It should be replaced if any leakage occurs. It is sold individually and requires a wrench to replace.
I was able to change all the washers on one of the blenders to get it to stop leaking. I think I am missing a piece or two on the other one as it still leaked. I will need to get more parts.
