Waring Pro has manufactured this Coupling for many models of blenders. This Coupling is used to drive the blades in the blender jar. To remove this part you will need to hold the blade in place and turn the coupling counter clockwise. The flat side of the coupling needs to install facing the bearing. The Coupling can also be purchased included in the Blending Assembly (part number 007314W).

Checked on line and found your business and called to place the order. Part arrived as scheduled and was exactly what t needed. I removed the stripped coupling and installed the new one onto the shaft.

I used a pair of pliers to steady the coupler and used a socket wrench to tighten down on the nut inside the blender jar.

The blades in the blender did not turn. The blade fell out.

Install the blade, taking care of the placement of the washers. The larger hole washer is the bottom washer ( away from the blade). Thread the coupling onto the shaft and finger tighten the coupling holding the blades using finger protection.
