Gasket around blender top was gone and blender leaked
Replaced top to blender that had the blades. While blending, the contents would spill out and go everywhere. New gasket keeps seal and blender works like new. Also the blades are new and sharper for better blending. Very happy not to have to spend $85 to buy whole new blender. Easy fix.
