So there i am in Walmart, trying to replace a blender that doesn't supply spare plastic jugs--mine fell and cracked; genius idea: google replacement parts to be sure that the ones i'm looking at DO provide replacement parts. I call EREPLACEMENTPARTS, the young woman who replies is friendly and knowledgeable and patient, she waits while i find the model nos. for the blenders in front of me; she checks 3 different brands, only to find that they don't have replacement jugs, which means throw away again, so i might as well buy the cheapest and throw away if and when i break it. I just wanted extra cups and the only way you can get elsewhere is if you buy the whole blender.. so this saved me money and got just what I needed!!
