I ordered 2 jars (one for back up) I got the product in about a week and just twisted it on Like normal. Doesn\'t get much easier! Definitely would use this site again if needed. BTW it doesn\'t come with a lid so save your top.
Nothing needed to be repaired I just needed to replace the stolen parts of my small personal blender which was cup and jar
