the rubber rotors that run the blender blades from the motor were worn

The rubber rotors are threaded backwards you have to turn them to the right to loosen.
1. Remove the 4 screws on the bottom of the blender motor
2. Remove the blender top
3. Remove the motor rotator top
4. Grasp the rotor with one hand and unscrew the rubber rotor
There are two carbon/graphite rectangles on t he rotor cap remove the screws and remove this enables you to replace the rotor head. then replace the graphite rectangles and re-screw (do not pick up the unit at this point with the rotor cover.) Pick up the entire blender and unit turn upside down. Now you can screw the 4 screws that hold the blender together. You are or should be done.
