This is an authentic Jancy replacement part that has been sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with drills. The carbon brush is used to relay electricity to the commutator bars on the armature from the switch. Brushes wear down over time due to their contact with a moving part, and this brush can replace the original worn brush. This item is sold individually, please note two are required.
