This replacement part is designed for use with Jancy power equipment. This item consists of one (1) carbon brush with a lead wire and a spring attached. It is advised to replace both brushes at the same type. Over time brushes will wear down and will need to be replaced. When replacing carbon brushes, be sure to inspect your armature for burns, cracks, or other damage which can indicate larger motor problems. You would need a flat-head screwdriver to complete this job. • Remove the brush cap • Remove old brush and replace it with a new one • Re-assemble and test the equipment
