This is an OEM DeWALT and Black & Decker part directly sourced from the manufacturer for use in bench grinders. The wheel flange goes next to the grinding wheel. A screwdriver might be needed during the installation process. It is made of metal and will need to be replaced if it breaks. This part is available individually even though more may be needed.
