A small chunk of wood got lodged in the belt and the resulting friction melted the front roller.

1. Removed the 4 screws holding the yolk-roller assembly.
2. Unscrewed the alignment adjuster knob (spring flew, but I found it).
3. Used pliers to compress the spring in the yolk assembly and solid it out.
4. Reversed process using the new yolk.
