Removed the drive belt cover, drive belt, nut, toothed pulley, washers and bushings, and the pulley assembly.
I then replaced, in reverse order, all of these parts with the new parts that came in the repair kit.

... Read morevailable for this model sander. I took a chance, since the newer models look the same and I ordered the parts for a newer model, and they fit just fine on my older sander. It seems like since this part fits the older sander, that it could be listed as a replacement part which is a substitution of the obsolete part.
