I removed the two bottom plates from the belt sander and removed the front roller assembly by removing one screw. Used a drift to punch out the axle from the roller and housing. Bosch sanders like this one are going for $99 and up on eBay. I got this one for $40 and with $30 in parts, I now have a really good sander. eReplacementparts.com had original Bosch parts at the best price. It is also very easy to search for replacement parts on their website. Delivery was fast also. I\'ve purchased parts in the past from eReplacementparts for other projects.

3. Replace the new handle
4. Return the screw
5. Unscrew the base plate
6. Remove the base plate
7. Replace the base plate
