This is a genuine OEM sourced replacement power unit assembly. It is specially manufactured for Nutone exhaust fans. This is the main motor and the fan that blow the air. This assembly includes the motor, plastic impeller wheel and the metal housing bracket. To complete this repair you should only need a screwdriver. • First you would need to remove the plastic cover • Unplug the power unit • Unscrew the old assembly and remove it • Secure the new assembly in place • Connect the power unit and attach the cover
