Burned out element

Remove cover and back plate and bulb. Remove 2 screws and drop the blower assembly down and remove. Remove screws that hold element in place, slide it out the side. Slide the new element in and assemble in reverse order.

Heat element burnt out

Turned off power at breaker box. Removed light cover and then face of unit. Unplugged element and fan unit. Removed nuts from unit with socket set. Pulled fan assembly out, and removed heat element with screw driver. Replaced with the new one that you all sent me super fast ( 2, days). Put every thing back together and turned it on. Works fine! Thank you for the prompt service! Your web site was easy to maneuver! Will use again!!!

Ceiling Fan Heating Element Stopped Giving off warm air

1. Checked out a video on You Tube and watched it before starting project.
2. Removed the two screws on cover and unplugged from unit.
3. Removed two screws of the blower unit and unplugged from main unit.
4. Unscrewed two screws on heating element and removed old unit.
5. Put in new element and replaced screws.
6. Replaced blower in main unit and replaced two screws
7. Plugged in heating element.
8. Plugged cover back in to unit and lined up the two screws and screwed cover back to ceiling.
I did vacuum the unit once I took cover off and before working on it just to get dust and dirt out of the way. Very easy job!

Heating element burned out on the bathroom fan/light/heater

Removed the plastic light cover, removed 2 screws to get access to fans. Removed 2 nuts to drop the heater fan unit . Unplugged heater fan and removed unit from ceiling box. Removed 4 screws that held heating element and pulled element. Replaced heating element, replaced 4 screws. plugged in heating fan/heater unit, replaced the 2 nuts. Replaced the light fixture and cover.

Removed fan cover - disconnect wire connection - removed (2) nuts, pulled out heating element fan housing, removed (2) screws, pulled out heating element - reinstalled in reverse order.

1. Remove cover and disconnect wiring harnesses.
2. Remove bolts holding heating fan.
3. Remove screws holding heating element.
4. Wait two years until your wife suggests buying new bathroom fan.
5. Check user manual for fan model.
6. Discover part number for heating element.
7. Google part number and learn about eReplacementParts.
8. Whoop it up when I find that the part is still sold.
9. Order part; receive it within days.
10. Reverse steps 1-3.
11. Test heating element.
12. Wait for winter.

Heater and Heater Scroll assembly defective

1. Remove grill using screw driver.
2. Install new Heater scroll assembly.
3. Reconnect Heater Scroll Assembly plug-in wiring.
4. Reconnect Grill Light plug-in wiring.
5. Re install grill.
6. Test.
Note:
1. I order the heating Element because the repair guide said it is sold separately. When I ope n the box, it is already included in the Heater Scroll Assembly.
2. The heating element is not used in the installation and it cost extra to customer.

Turned off power removed ventilation cover and then removed the nuts that held fan in place unplugged fan motor then removed heating coil and installed new coil and then installed fan and cover.
