The motor was bolted on and inset into the housing. Once the plug for the electricity was re-established, the job was done. No special instructions required.
Took exhaust fan grill off, removed bad ventilation fan and replaced it with new one. Installed ventilation grill turned switch on, and it was like it was brand new.
